Charise Flynn (COO Dwolla), As a results driven individual Charise Flynn has held positions with the Iowa Senate and The White House after graduating Magna Cume Laude from Simpson College. In the past 10 years Charise has acted as an outside consultant to over 20 high growth Midwest companies, managed in excess of $50M in real estate assets, and oversaw quickly expanding teams. After over a year of consulting Dwolla, Charise joined the team full time in February.
